When will you install my sign?
85% of our work gets performed same day or next day. However, you MUST allow 2 business days after receipt of your order. This does not include weekends, Federal holidays, or severe weather days.  Orders placed after 6pm are dated the following day.  For example: you place an order on Tuesday at 11am.  We have Wednesday and Thursday to perform that work.  Or, you place an order on Thursday at 9pm.  The order won't be seen until Friday morning and therefore is dated as received on Friday.  We have Monday and Tuesday to perform the work.  For orders received before 9am on Friday, we do absolutely everything in our power to ensure performance before the weekend, however, we cannot guarantee such short notice performance.  End of week work is first come, first served. I want the install or remove done on a particular day
We will do everything in our power to accommodate individual requests, HOWEVER, we cannot guarantee service on any particular day. Your best practice is to request the work and allow us tomorrow and the next day to complete it.  We need this 2 day allowance in order to efficiently schedule our drivers and trucks.  If you restrict us to a particular date, we will consider that date to be the first day of our required 2 business day window.  If you say only on Friday, then Friday is the first business day that we can touch your order and your request might get bumped to Monday.  Plan accordingly. Can I meet you or tell you where I'd like the post installed
Due to the volume of work we do, it is not possible to set up appointments to meet a driver at the property. A better solution is to mark the spot where you would like us to install the post with a stake and ribbon. If you are going to mark a spot, make sure you tell us about it on the work order. Part of what you pay us for is to use OUR judgment and experience placing thousands of posts annually. We will always place the post to be most visible to the most traffic within the rules governing outdoor advertising in the jurisdiction. Top

I want to cancel the order
Canceling orders is possible if we are able to raise the driver. If we reach him before he arrives at the property, there is no charge for a cancellation. If he is sent away from the property by you or your seller, he will of course respect your wishes and not install a post, but there will be an $18 trip charge. Top

I don't like where the post was installed
As previously stated, you pay us for our experience. Unless you mark the spot, we will use our best judgment as to post location. If you have not marked the spot, we will of course move the post for you, but there will be a $18 move charge. Top

I forgot to order a brochure box when you installed the post
No problem! Just order a service call and we will go back to the property and hang a box. There is only a slightly higher charge: $18 instead of $12. Top

What are the sign panel dimensions
Different brokerages use different panel sizes.  A few examples are:

Re/Max – 18x30,  Fairfax Realty – 20x28,  Llewellyn Realtors – 24x30,  Realty Executives – 20x30,  Long & Foster – 20x28,  Coldwell Banker – 22x24.

The only dimensions that concern us are:
1) panels should be no wider than 30"
2) the holes at the top should be 18" or 19" apart. 

Spend the extra few dollars to have grommets installed in the holes. It will nearly double the life of the panel.  Have the holes at the bottom of the panel drilled to match whatever riders you intend to use under your main panel. Top
